Sugar-Free Hot Cocoa Mix

¾ cup cocoa
½ teaspoon salt
1 quart instant dry milk
Dry sugar substitute (Splenda) equal to 1 to 1 ½ cups sugar

Mix ingredients well; store in airtight container. Use 2 Tablespoons of mix plus 6 ounces boiling water for a serving of Hot cocoa. Makes 32 (6 ounce) cups of cocoa.
